On PC, use the in-game Controls panel as your reference. The creator demonstrations show mouse straights, X for an overhand, Space with a direction for head movement and Q for lock-on. Keyboard labels do not apply to touch or controller.
CHALLS opens the Keyboard & Mouse controls panel at 6:56. The device label matters.

This PC reference combines the Keyboard & Mouse panel reproduced in the dedicated controls reference with the overlapping movement and overhand inputs demonstrated by ItzVexo around 2:38–3:21. The panel is from CHALLS' October footage. Bindings can be changed, so compare this with your current in-game panel before a fight.
| Action | PC input | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Straight punches | Left / right mouse click | Separate glove inputs |
| Uppercuts | C / V | Left and right actions in the panel |
| Overhand | X | Uses the selected glove |
| Select glove | Mouse wheel | Check which glove is selected |
| Guard | F / Left Shift | Your equipped style's guard |
| Head movement | Space + WASD | Different from ordinary footwork |
| Footwork | WASD | Move without Space |
| Lock-on | Q | Keep your opponent in view |
| Controls / Settings | H / Left Alt | Read the panel / inspect bindings |
| Shop / Styles | B / Y | Menus, not combat inputs |
Body targeting is an aiming action: lower the gloves toward the torso. ItzVexo demonstrates it around 3:09. A body-targeting example is not a guarantee that a shot will pass a guard.
Test an input without hiding the mistake
- Enter a quiet practice opportunity and face the opponent.
- Tap one punch input once. Confirm the intended glove moves.
- Return to neutral, then test the other glove.
- Try the guard action by itself. Note how your equipped style positions the gloves.
- Test ordinary movement, then Space plus a direction. Learn which action moves your feet and which moves your head.
- Finish with a single body-targeted punch and one head-targeted punch. Watch the animation and target position.
If a different move appears, inspect your current bindings before repeating the input faster. On keyboard, a menu being open can also change where keystrokes go; close it before practising combat.
Phone and tablet: map actions to touch
The official experience supports mobile. Use the touch controls supplied by the game rather than trying to translate a keyboard letter into a phone button. Before a match, identify movement, camera, punch, guard and head-movement actions on your screen.
Start with two checks: can you keep the opponent in view while moving, and can you reach defence without releasing your comfortable grip? Practise those separately before adding an attack. Follow current in-game labels for menu access and combat actions. A keyboard screenshot is useful for understanding an action's name, not its touch location.
Keep the screen uncluttered while learning. If a thumb covers the opponent during an exchange, stop and adjust your grip or supported settings before queuing again. Any layout adjustments should come from the game's own controls and your device, not from a guessed diagram.
Controller: follow the displayed glyphs
Console support is confirmed by the developer. Read the button glyphs shown by the game for the controller you are using. Xbox and PlayStation labels are not interchangeable, and the PC panel above is not a controller mapping.
Test movement and camera first, then each combat action independently. Keep a short note of the displayed punch, guard and head-movement inputs. If the device changes or a binding is edited, repeat the check. Do not use an Untitled Boxing Game control chart: that is a separate Roblox experience.
Camera settings should solve a visible problem
If you overshoot the target, reduce look sensitivity in small steps. If the gloves wander away from the target while you aim, inspect glove sensitivity separately. ItzVexo discusses sensitivity around 3:25 and camera settings around 4:01; treat his choices as an example, then tune to your screen and input method.
Save a stable setup before learning a combo. Repeatedly changing sensitivity between fights makes it difficult to tell whether your timing or your camera changed. Continue with the practice session once each input produces the action you expect.
